LUCK

Do you believe in Luck??? what the heck is it anyways..i looked up the definition. not because i am ignorant of the actual meaning but because i wanted it deeper. happen to you ever?

i like that, i love the "seemingly chance happening" part. I need all the luck i can get. funny story is.. i was watching a movie called Leapyear.. irish traditions... it was funny and eating lucky charms at the same time so today i was feelin pretty lucky. idk what came of that but i was lucky :) School is crazy. English is crazy, but i love it! i love the challenge i miss my flute. i am not in band and instead in a basic writing class and i have an essay due.. what is my topic you might ask... Flute. SURPRISE! anyways i thought it was funny that i took a picture of my lucky charms so i decided to post it on here for the whole world to see. the only luck i got today came in the form of imaginational marshmallows and cereal bites that no one actually knows the shape. idk whats up with that but it sure tasted good!

Crafts :)

Got bored, so i decided i would make a craft. i found these letters at Abbotts then i traced them on scrapbook paper then cut em out and glued em on! the little stickers were a nice touch! Then i decided i wanted to decorate my tablets for school :) it was fun! :) So about my flute class.... i got cut. weird i know. i was a freshman and there were too many flutes. Thats okay i am obviously supposed to be somewhere else. so i picked up a basic writing class and i am super excited for it! i am thinking about maybe adding some of my writings on here so you guys can read them too and help me out.. good idea or no??? not that im any good or anything but i do enjoy writing. get back to me and if am convinced, i will add something i wrote from my Writing and Reasoning class. :) it was just a thought haha but i love writing and my mom likes what i write so that gave me some self esteem!

life as a college student,

SOOOO i am now a college student! YAY!!!! i thought coming here meant i had lots of parties and fun and sleep. turns out.. i get to walk for about an hour a day. sleep about.. 6 or 7 hours.. and i spent 6 hours on one class yesterday. i was mistaken. haha but its so fun! i have Ty here with me and its a blast! i need to learn how to cook. but the good news.. i have vacuumed, twice :) today i have English at 1245 so im sitting in my room on my bed that i had to jump on.. blogging. :) then i have Band.. idk how i feel about it its not the same. im keepin my hopes though because i love music and i love playing my flute. the big question is.. should i do University Band, or Flute Choir??? i will decided today, as i sit in the THIRD row.. not the first.. haha oh WHELL kick in the pride but maybe i needed it. The Lord sure does have a way to humble people. but so far college is fun and hard! and i love it. i miss my family. and i miss being able to stay up late texting. and i REALLY miss mom saying there are leftovers in the fridge, all i have in the fridge is milk and orange juice. haha anyways! thats how my college experience is going. :) Have a nice day!

Time

Its the start of a brand new year. The start of more time. Time is a measurement. For some its good, for others its not. It could mean with every tick on the clock your getting more wrinkles. It could mean with every tick your getting closer to having a brand new baby. Time is a blessing, a gift givin to us to experience life. A chance to grow. A chance to learn. a chance to love. It all depends on how you look at it. So how do you see time? Is it running out on you, with empty yesterdays. Or are you running in on it with prosperous todays.This past year has been good to me. Im ready to stop worrying about the time i dont have. What im late for. and the stuff i havent done. Im going to think of all the time i do have, When i am on time and Everything i have already done. This year is going to have ups.. and downs.. But i am going to take the downs and let them mold me, so i can better see the ups. Happy New Year :)
